‘Tis the season for waving our rainbow flags, showing off our most expressive outfits, standing in solidarity with viral hashtags, and ultimately celebrating inclusivity!
During the 🎉parades🎉 and events taking place around the world to commemorate the Stonewall riots, protest for equal rights, and celebrate LGBTQIA+ Pride, unfortunately, a lot of corporations don’t actually do the work to create an inclusive business community for LGBTQIA+ folks.
But as business owners, there are steps we can take to make a difference in the spaces we co-create.
Here are four different ways you can create an inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ members of your business community:
