We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise transfer SMS opt-in consent data.

Information sharing for the operation of our SMS service is permitted only with subcontractors, aggregators, and providers of the Text Message services — for example, the SMS platform vendor that physically delivers messages on our behalf — and only to the extent necessary to deliver and support the SMS service you have opted into.

All other categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We do not use these tools to make decisions that produce legal effects concerning you or that significantly affect you without human involvement.

If we offer AI-powered features within our Services (for example, an AI assistant or AI-generated content tool), the use of those features may involve sharing information with third-party AI providers solely to deliver the feature. We will describe any such features in the relevant program or product disclosures.

Section 09

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. When personal information is no longer required, we will delete it, anonymize it, or otherwise dispose of it securely.

We retain SMS opt-in consent records and message logs for the period required by applicable carrier rules and consumer protection laws.

Section 10

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
