Our Mission
Our mission is to help you make more money. Period.
We teach you how to increase your income, build wealth, and earn 7 figures per year—without sacrificing your family, health, or sanity in the process.
If you want some Hello Seven magic in your life, join We Should All Be Millionaires: The Club. An online community for women who want to make bank.

Our Why
We live in a world that is extremely imbalanced when it comes to women and money.
In virtually every profession, women are lagging behind men financially. Working just as hard—or harder—but not earning nearly enough.
- Women run 40% of small businesses, but generate only 4% of the revenue.
- Only 6% of women earn six figures per year, compared to 13% of men.
- Women are 35% more likely than men to experience poverty, especially later in life.
- For Black women and other people of color, the statistics are even worse. White households have an average net worth that is 10x more than Black families.
At Hello Seven, we want to fix this.
We want to build a world where men and women have equal financial power, a world that is fair, equitable, and balanced. Achieving this goal is why we do…everything we do.

Our Founder and Team
Hello Seven was founded by Rachel Rodgers, an intellectual property attorney and business coach.
Rodgers started her career working for state and federal judges, nonprofits, and even Hillary Clinton. Today she’s the owner of a multi-million dollar business, mother of four, and visionary featured in publications like Time, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, and The Washington Post.
The Hello Seven team includes marketing and sales experts and master coaches who can whip your mindset into shape, get you unstuck, and get you behaving like the boss you know you can be.
