We’ve had a busy first quarter over here at Hello Seven. From my first live event held at my home to a flurry of amazing podcast guests and welcoming 57 new clients into our programs and four full-time employees to the Hello Seven Team, we’ve accomplished a lot—and we have no plans to slow down. More on that below, but first let’s talk about what’s coming in Q2:

I’m writing a book! Working Title: We Should All Be Millionaires

I’ve been (not so secretly) working on a book for the past few months, and the table of contents and chapter summaries have just been officially reviewed! The proposal is almost done so that means it will be time to go agent shopping soon. (I’m accepting all introductions to badass NY book agents ––hit me!) My mission is to help as many women as possible become wealthy and this book will be an important part of accomplishing that!

I’m buying a building!

(Did I really just say that out loud?! Shit, now have to actually do it.) I’ve had my eye on a commercial building in downtown Greensboro for the last year. I finally inquired about the property a couple of weeks ago and before you know it, I was meeting with bankers and brokers (and shitting my pants, let’s be honest). It’s an old historic building on the National Register that requires a full gut renovation (cause, you know, I like to keep things simple). It’s an amazing investment for the business and would serve as the future headquarters of Hello Seven, with a sexy AF event space to host all of our amazing events. This deal is still in the works and not guaranteed but I appreciate all of your prayers, well wishes and good thoughts towards this big ‘ol project. Theme: don’t wait for perfect conditions, go out there and make it happen.

Behind the Scenes of Hello Seven’s Q1…

We had our biggest revenue quarter ever … thanks to the sacred art of The Unlaunch.

We welcomed 57 new clients into our programs this quarter, and 18 of those came over just a 30 day period.  If you’re wondering if it’s possible to make $400K in 30 days—the answer is yes. This is the second $400k Unlaunch that we’ve done in the last 6 months (we’ve done a few $300k Unlaunches, too). What’s an Unlaunch, you ask? It’s where you bring in a bunch of amazing clients without a PLF-style video series, $50k in FB ad spend, 17 webinars, 29 FB Lives and 74 affiliates. The secret to unlaunching is … oop, you gotta be in MDB to get that juice.

Seriously though, I published 13 articles, 5 podcast episodes, 90 posts on Instagram and countless others in our free Facebook groups. In addition to that, I spoke at two live events, appeared on four popular podcasts, did 40 coaching/teaching sessions for my clients (not including all of the ‘on the fly’ coaching/strategy I do for them as well), and my clients are getting awesome results. When you show up consistently and with verve every week, mega-launching is no longer a necessity.
