Six Figure Side Hustle Terms & Conditions

These Six-Figure Side Hustle course Terms (“SFSH Terms”) are incorporated into and supplement the Hello Seven Programs & Events Terms and Conditions (the “Master Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Master Terms. If there is a conflict, these SFSH Terms control for the Six-Figure Side Hustle (2025) course (the “Course”).

1) Scope 

• A 16-week, on-demand course delivered primarily via pre-recorded lessons, templates, and action steps. Not included: live coaching, live community, or live events. (We may lightly edit recordings to remove legacy references to coaching calls/implementation weeks while maintaining the core educational objectives.)
• The curriculum is available inside our platform; some lessons may unlock sequentially to support completion.
• We provide course-access and billing support by email during normal business hours (no individualized business, legal, tax, or accounting advice are offered outside of the course content).
• One purchase = one user license. Logins may not be shared; we may monitor for abuse and suspend access for violations. (Related responsibilities and tech requirements are described in the Master Terms.)
  

2) Access Window & License

• Following purchase, you will receive platform access for sixteen (16) weeks beginning on the date your payment is processed (the “Access Window”). After the Access Window ends, platform access automatically terminates.
• Any worksheets and/or templates you download during your Access Window remain licensed for your personal, non-commercial use; no redistribution or teaching/resale rights are granted. See Intellectual Property (Master Terms Section 16).

3) Pricing, Payment & Renewals

• The Six Figure Side Hustle course is not a subscription; so there is no auto-renew associated. This Course is sold as a one-time purchase or, if offered, via installment plan (Installments spread the full purchase price; canceling participation does not cancel unpaid installments).
• Late payments/collections. Late-fee, suspension, and collections rules in General Payment Terms apply, including the 10% late fee after the 5th business day, chargeback prohibitions, and our right to restrict access until balances are cured.

4) Refunds & Cancellations

• Hello Seven will issue NO FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS under any circumstances for your cancellation of your participation in the Six-Figure Side Hustle course. You may elect to cease participation in the Program; however, please note this will not extinguish your obligation to pay the Full Program Fee. If you purchase a ticket to a stand alone event, or a limited access offering, that purchase is non-refundable.
• Cancellations. Because this is not a subscription, “cancel anytime” and auto-renew provisions in the Master Terms do not apply to this Course. If an installment option was provided to you at check out, Installment obligations continue until payments are complete.

5) Bonuses & Promotions 

• Any bonus items or promotions are subject to Bonus Offers rules (e.g., one-time for new purchasers; bonus event tickets require your account to be current to redeem). If a bonus involves a separate live/virtual event, additional event terms apply.

6) Confidentiality & IP

• Confidentiality. Treat information and our non-public materials as confidential; do not copy, share, or repost Course content.
• Intellectual Property. All Course materials are Hello Seven IP. You receive a limited license for personal, non-commercial use; no sharing, reselling, reproducing, or derivative works.

7) Earnings & testimonials (important marketing alignment)

• No guarantees. The Course teaches frameworks for building a side business. We do not guarantee revenue or results. References to “six-figure” or “$100K+” are aspirational and not promised; results vary based on effort, niche, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. (See “No Guarantees” in the Master Terms.)
• Testimonials. Real client stories are illustrative only and not promises of specific outcomes.

8) Program Changes; Platform & Emails

• We may update, edit, or substitute non-material elements (e.g., refresh a module, correct examples, remove legacy references) while maintaining the Course’s core objectives.
• You agree to receive transactional/progress emails during your Access Window (you may opt out of marketing emails).

9) Legal Boilerplate (from Master Terms)

The following Master Terms apply in full: Photo/Video Release (if you choose to submit wins/testimonials), In-Person Events (not applicable unless a bonus event is redeemed), Program Alterations, No Legal Services, Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Force Majeure, Notices, Governing Law & Venue (NC), Dispute Resolution/Mediation, Fees/Collections, Assignment, Amendments, and Severability.
