What more could I ever ask for as a business owner?
When you are in the thick of things each day, its hard to stop and celebrate everything you’ve accomplished because you’re always on to the next thing, and the next thing, and the next thing. As a business owner, it’s so important to both celebrate our successes and learn from them.

Celebrating the wins builds momentum and momentum builds businesses.

Understanding how we got to the good will help us to replicate it over and over again as we continue to grow our businesses.
And let’s face it, celebrating success is often much more challenging for business owners than rehashing failures – most of us spend waaaaay too much time dwelling on those automatically. While failures do teach us important things, focusing on those can derail progress and prevent us from moving forward to success.
So, a few weeks ago, I took some time to think about how far the business has come and what I’ve learned along the way. The list is so extensive that I can’t share every single item with you today but I wanted to share my top 10 lessons after five years of building this business.
