Letter from Rachel
Several years ago, I found myself in a room where, despite my qualifications and success, I was treated as an outsider.
I was running a growing law firm and looking for mentorship to scale. I joined a coaching program led by an experienced white male entrepreneur (let’s call him Dave). I worked hard, delivered results, and earned his trust. Dave even opened doors for me by introducing me to an elite entrepreneurial community. This seemed like a golden opportunity—until I realized how unwelcoming the space truly was.
At this prestigious annual event, out of 150 attendees, there were only three Black people—including me. The speakers were almost exclusively white men, even though brilliant women were present in the room. When I raised concerns about the lack of diversity, my feedback was ignored. The microaggressions I faced culminated in an inappropriate comment at a dinner table that made me feel gross and disrespected.
But I stayed, believing that being “in the room where it happens” would provide knowledge I could bring back to women and people of color who didn’t have access to these spaces. That persistence led me to another mastermind, this one run by a coach named Tim. Again, I became the star student, referred diverse entrepreneurs to the group, and achieved incredible growth in my business.
Yet, when I qualified for Tim’s Upper Level—a higher-level group for million-dollar businesses—I was denied access. Excuses piled up: not enough room, unclear requirements. Later, I learned that Dave had pressured Tim to exclude me, using unfounded claims to justify the betrayal.
It was a heartbreaking revelation. People I considered friends (that I had vacationed with) had slammed the door shut because of their own personal biases that they couldn’t see.
This experience taught me two critical lessons:
Exclusively cis white male networks often prioritize their own, which at best excludes women and people of color or at worst includes harming others.
True power lies in creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued. That’s why I founded the Hello Seven Mastermind. I built this mastermind to be the kind of community I desperately needed back then—a brave, inclusive space where women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA folks, and other historically excluded entrepreneurs can thrive. Here, we don’t just open doors—we hold them open and cheer you on as you walk through.
The Hello Seven Mastermind isn’t just a business coaching program; it’s a movement. However, as amazing as Rachel is, she’s just the cherry on top. Rachel’s proprietary Growth Scale Curriculum along with the Hello Seven Operating System Playbooks and the Hello Seven team who have been personally trained by Rachel, are your true keys to success. If you never showed up to any of Rachel’s calls but still did the work in the program, you would still see your revenue grow and your money flow.
What is the time commitment?

What’s your refund policy?
We love our customers. We even love our customers who aren’t customers anymore (yep, that’s right). So in the spirit of love, here’s how our refund policy works:
If you enroll in the program and have a change of heart (I mean, you will love it, but just in case), you can get a refund—no questions asked—within 14 days of your purchase. Why 14 days? Because Valentine’s Day is the 14th, and we said this was all about love, didn’t we?
